The founder of our company Ali Çelik was born in Bulgaria in 1920. In 1930, he migrated to Turkey with his family, where he settled in vicinity of Bursa city. Having lost his mother and sister in his early ages, Ali Çelik headed to Bursa to make a living, where he started to work in Mehmet Beşler's Bursa İnegöl Restaurant. By virtue of his honesty and diligence, he earned his boss' and master's trust and learned about all the aspects of the business. Although having intended to set up his own business, Ali Çelik moved to Ankara in 1962, due to not having desired to appear as an opponent to his former boss. He succeeded to set up his own restaurant in Ankara under the name of Bursa İnegöl Restaurant. In a short time, the restaurant which was located in Mithatpaşa Street had become one of the most decent places in Ankara, much sought by the TRT artists and poiliticians. One of the most significant factors underlying his success had been the preparation of all the products the meatballs being in the first placeon a daily basis. With the completion of his children's education in 1986, Ali Çelik and the second generation Çeliks opened their second restaurant in İstanbul. Our company which has made no concessions on quality since 1963 continues to render service to its third generation customers. Still serving to the grandchildren of our first customers is our primary source of pride. Ali Çelik passed away in June 25, 2011.
